    PHILLIPS, Mildred Blackmore Passed away at ICC in Moreno Valley on July 29, 2004 at 87 years of age. From late in the 40's until April of 2003 she lived on Beatty Dr. in Riverside. She operated Phillips Printing Company with Fred Phillips until his death in 1972, then Mildred ran the company until her retirement in the 90's. She was an active member of the Riverside Community Players for many years. Mildred was born at her parent's ranch in the northwest part of French Valley, near Scott Road on February 24, 1917. She attended Winchester Grammar School and Perris High School. She went to RCC and UCLA before her marriage to William Boyd Phillips. Mildred is survived by her son, William Boyd Phillips II; three grandchildren, Jeff and Tiphanie Phillips, and Kristin Karrow; brother Harvey Blackmore, sisters Evelyn DeCou and Marilyn Gorman; and many nieces, nephews and cousins including Fred and Barbara Pourroy. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 5, 2004, 2:00PM at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, Riverside. Private interment will be in Olivewood Memorial Park, Riverside.
